1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the DoubleCup Society online shop.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you are submitting a binding order.

4. Prizes

All prices are in euros including VAT, plus shipping costs.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Payments

6th delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided. Delivery times are indicated on the shipping page.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found on the withdrawal page.

9. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

For hygiene reasons, opened food products are excluded from returns.

10. Transport damage

Please report damaged goods within 48 hours.

11. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

12. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies.
